Figure 8 site users may be asked for identifying information in the following ways:

  • Our contact request and communication input forms ask for identifying author information. All form data is encrypted and saved in compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.
  • Names and shipping addresses are securely acquired at the completion of DVD sales. We do not store or re-use this information.
  • Our distribution list saves subscribers' email addresses. We do not copy our recipients' info or use the list in any other way besides making announcements pertaining to our company and shows.
